Acid-based etching solution for surface preparation – etches almost any surface.
Typical Uses:
May be applied to concrete, quarry and ceramic tiles, terrazzo, brick and metal.
Designed to clean and etch floors and walls prior to coating or repairing. Etch IT removes laitance (weak dusty concrete surfaces) and provides a key to very smooth surfaces, maximising the adherence of paint and other coatings.

Preparation:
Remove ALL old paint and loose friable material before application of Etch™ IT.
Mixing:
Etch IT should be diluted to the required strength. For normal usage, dilute 50:50 with water. Use undiluted to remove stubborn deposits.
Application:
Apply by brush or soft broom. Allow between 5 and 10 minutes for acid to penetrate, then rinse thoroughly with water.
