Epoxy resin repair for fine surface filling

Easi-fil™ is a twin pack, rapid drying, fine surface filler that is an excellent repair material for small cracks and holes. The product is extremely strong, right down to a feather edge, and has been specifically formulated to be also ensure there is no bleed of colour to affect the finish coat.

We normally use this product in between coats to improve the overall finish of the end project. It is hugely versatile and we pride ourselves in providing a complete service to a very high standard in the industry.

Can be over-coated in only 20 minutes meaning downtime is kept to a minimum in the overall process.

Epoxy resin floor repairs for larger areas & creating ramps / falls etc.

Cretex®EP Mortar from Polycote is a three part (two parts resin and one part aggregate) repair mortar. It cures to a very strong, highly durable and abrasion resistant finish, withstanding very heavy traffic. It is formulated using 100% solids resins and graded aggregates. Cretex®EP Mortar can also be laid to a feather edge (and continue to maintain full strength at the feather edge) and is very easy to apply. No priming is required and it is non-toxic and non-taint.

We also have an oil tolerant version of the same product, Cretex OT Mortar for use on oily or damp floors.

We have years of using these products and can confidently say they are hugely versatile and enable us to carry out almost any type of surface repairs and creating ramps or falls on your floor.

Fast curing concrete repair mortars for quick turn-around.

We also offer a full range of fast curing cement based repair mortars for areas that need to be returned to use very quickly. We have used these in cold stores for many food companies and also for some high profile companies, for example Amazon distribution centres.

Cretex Rapid

This is a rapid curing cement based concrete repair mortar that cures in just 1 hour to the same strength as engineering concrete (40N/mm2)

Cretex LT

A repair mortar specifically designed for use in chilled or frozen environments. It can be laid between +35°C and -20°C or dry or damp floors and it cures in just 2 hours
