Highly flexible self-levelling floor screed. A free-flowing, fibre-reinforced, self-levelling cement floor screed. Fast drying times to enable a rapid return to use. Designed for heavy domestic, commercial, or light industrial use it is suitable for all common substrates including cement or concrete floors and is ideal for use over underfloor heating.
Very easy to use and may be laid from 2-50mm thick.

Easi-Screed Flexible has been designed using the highest quality raw materials for floors that are subject to movement, vibration or where underfloor heating is used. The fibre reinforced, protein free design is highly flexible, yet cures to 34N/mm2.
It is extremely easy to apply, after simply mixing with water, and can be laid from as little as 2mm thick, or up to as much as 50mm thick. Should it be applied in an industrial application, we strongly advise it is finished with an epoxy coating such as Flortex SG or Flortex Professional to provide an impervious, hard wearing surface.

Our flexible self-levelling screed is one of our latest formulations and is superior compared to traditional screeds. It has been designed using the highest quality raw materials for concrete floors that are subject to movement, vibration or where underfloor heating is used making this one of the best hard-wearing floor screeds.

Easi-Screed Use Cases
The fibre-reinforced, protein-free design is highly flexible, yet cures to 34N/mm² making it an incredibly strong levelling cement screed with a superb bonding agent.
Being protein free the floor screed can be used in biologically sensitive areas, ideal for use in hospitals, laboratories, food preparation areas, food shops, restaurants, schools, care homes etc.
Versatile Self-Levelling Screed for Even and Diverse Subfloors
This self-levelling screed is suitable to prepare and level uneven internal subfloors. It is suitable to receive various floor coverings such as vinyl, carpet and linoleum.
Dues to its flexible nature it is ideal for many different types of flooring, including floors with underfloor heating or floors made from timber boards, ply, and chipboard.
It can also be poured over concrete floors, sound asphalt, ceramic floor tiles, bitumen, anhydrite/ gypsum screeds, vinyl, quarry, and natural stone.
Concrete and sand cement screeds must be dry, and any laitance or surface treatments removed before the floor screeding process is started.
High Performance Grey Floor Screed
It is grey in colour and supplied in 20kg units.
Floor screeds are extremely easy to apply, after simply adding water, and you can lay it from as little as 2mm thick, or up to as much as 50mm thick.
