Etch IT is a high strength inorganic acid solution containing corrosion inhibitors and wetting agents, designed to clean and etch floors and walls prior to coating or repairing. An extremely effective yet safe acid, it removes laitance (weak dusty concrete surfaces) or rust to ensure an effective surface key to improve the adherence of paint or other coatings.
Etch IT may be applied to concrete, quarry and ceramic tiles, terrazzo, brick and metal.
