Easi-Fil is a high viscosity, high thixotropy filled paste that cures quickly with the application of BPO paste (benzyl peroxide paste) to provide a flexible, easy sanding finish for further coating. It easily fills and smooths out all those unwanted holes, blemishes and cracks. It is extremely fast curing and can be over painted in only 20-30 minutes. It has fantastic adhesion to almost any surface including concrete, brick, wood and metal.

Easi-Fil is ideal for use where there are a few small holes that need filling before a coating is applied. it’s 20-30 minutes curing time is especially useful where time is short.
Suitable substrates: Easi-Fil will adhere to almost any surface including concrete, brick and wood.

Surface Preparation
Thorough substrate preparation is essential.
Remove all loose material – wire brushing is advisable.
Sweep clean or vacuum. The surface must be free from grease, oil or any other contaminants. polycote Degrease IT may be used to clean the area but this must be thoroughly rinsed off, and the substrate should be completely dry when Easi-fil is applied.
Priming
No priming is required with Easi-Fil.
Mixing
The recommended mixing ratio of filler to hardener is 50:1 by weight however this is not critical. add the hardener (small sachet) to the filler on a mixing board and mix thoroughly. Mix as if spreading it out to prevent air becoming traped.
Do not mix more than can be applied in 2-3 minutes.
Application
Having prepared the substrate, apply the material using the spatula.
Application Temperature
Minimum application temperature is 0˚C. Higher temperatures and thicker films will lead to quicker cure.
