Epoxy Floor Coatings

Flortex Professional

A heavy duty two part 100% solids epoxy floor coating providing a totally impervious coloured gloss finish. Exceptionally tough and hard wearing, abrasion and impact resistant.

Flortex EP

A lower viscosity, two part solvent free epoxy resin, provides a hard wearing, long-lasting coating. Similar to Flortex Professional but more chemical resistant and better to small more awkward areas.

Flortex SG

A high solids, twin pack, water-based epoxy that cures to a matt to semi-gloss finish. The surface is easy to clean and designed for medium duty traffic. Flortex SG has incredible self-priming qualities (providing there are no special requirements) and is applied in two coats.

Flortex Chemical Coat

A totally impervious, 100% solids, highly chemical resistant floor coating that is very easy to clean. It maintains an incredible abrasion and impact resistance. Manufactured to the specification of chemical resistance required for your project.

Epoxy Floor Screeds

Flortex Freeflow

A 3mm self-smoothing, twin pack, 100% solids, epoxy that cures to a totally impervious finish. Flortex Freeflow incorporates our unique FreeFlow resin technology along with high quality fillers and aggregates to ensure it cures to a complete smooth surface. Designed for areas of high traffic, where aesthetics are important or where the surface needs smoothing out.

Polyurethane Floor Paints

PB Floor Paint

A single pack polyurethane-based light/medium duty coloured floor coating with a high solids content of 55%. Tough, yet flexible, PB Floor Paint had a semi-gloss finish combines easy cleaning with good slip resistance

Flortex PU Twin Pack Coloured

A totally impervious hard wearing floor sealer without the glossy shine. The aliphatic solvent-based UV resistant polyurethane formulation will adhere to a wide range of substrates including walls and floors, and will reduce porosity whilst providing a dustproof surface.

Polyurethane Floor Screeds

Flortex PU Screed

A tough, non-slip, hard wearing, oil and chemical resistant, polyurethane screed, applied at a nominal thickness of 6-9mm. It will resist temperatures from -35ºC to +120ºC, and the heavy duty wear and tear commonly found in industrial areas. It is pre-aggregated to achieve the slip-resistance surface finish.

Flortex Freeflow PU

A 3mm self-smoothing, twin pack, 100% solids, PU resin that cures to a totally impervious finish. Flortex Freeflow PU incorporates our unique FreeFlow resin technology along with high quality fillers and aggregates to ensure it cures to a complete smooth surface.

Clear Floor Sealers

Flortex PU Clear

A self-priming single pack of high solid polyurethane floor coating. Its tough clear gloss finish is easy to maintain and provides a seamless oil and chemical resistant barrier, capable of withstanding medium forklift traffic and hot tyres.

Flortex PU Twin Pack

A clear, 100% solids, polyurethane coating that is designed for areas of high wear. It is extremely tough, light stable and very easy to clean. Flortex PU Twin Pack is impact and abrasion resistant and has good chemical resistance.

EP Primer / Sealer

A revolutionary, twin pack, 100% solids epoxy primer that is specifically formulated to adhere directly onto almost substrate giving it a high level of chemical bond. With its ultra low viscosity, this primer has incredible penetration and will help to stabilise the substrate.

Specialist Floor Primer

OT Primer

An epoxy primer that is specifically formulated to adhere directly onto oil contaminated floors to completely lock the surface and prevent any further rising of oil from within the substrate.

EP Primer

A solvent free, epoxy primer that is specifically formulated to adhere directly onto almost substrate giving it a high level of chemical bond. With its ultra low viscosity, this primer has incredible penetration and will help to stabilise and solidify the substrate.

DPM (damp-proof membrane) Primer

A unique, twin-pack, epoxy primer that is uniquely designed to be applied to concrete floors that are either without a DPM or have one which is defective. It can be applied onto concrete with a moisture content up to 60% and humidity up to 100%. DPM Primer completely locks the surface and forms a tenacious moisture barrier that will prevent any further dampness rising from within the substrate.

WD Primer

A high adhesion water-dispersed epoxy primer. It is usually applied to warehouse floors where other primers are not required to solve constant rising damp, oil or curing challenges. WD Primer’s formulation includes advanced adhesion promoters to enable it to stick to ceramic and quarry tiles as well as concrete and wood. It is also solvent free and can be used on damp surfaces.

Cement Screeds & Coatings

Easi-Screed Industrial

A professionally formulated self-leveling cementitous screed that is incredibly hard wearing and fast drying. It will accept foot traffic after 2-3 hours and vehicular traffic after 24 hours) and has a close tolerance finish to give it a non-dusting surface.

Easi-Screed Flexible

A free-flowing, fibre reinforced, cementitious self-leveller. It cures fast to enable a rapid return to use. Designed for heavy domestic or light industrial use it is suitable for all common substrates and is ideal for use over underfloor heating.

Easi-Screed External

A single pack cementitious self-smoothing floor screed containing graded aggregates and acrylic polymer powder, which is simply mixed with water to provide a durable, heavy duty industrial floor topping with a strong, close tolerance level finish.

Cemcoat

A polymer modified, cement based product that is incredibly hard wearing, designed to increase the life of spalling/old concrete. It has incredible resistant to ice, frost and salts and is easy to keep clean. It can be applied onto damp surfaces and cures very quickly (walk-on / re-coat time of 3-6 hours). The material is also very flexible so it can be applied to asphalt and wood.

Rubber Crumb Screeds

An extremely high quality flexible floor screed for both children’s play areas and equestrian environments. A contractor applied system producing a flexible and resilient floor, with extremely high impact and vibration resistance.

Sand & Cement Screeds

There are many different types of sand and cement screeds but at Polycote we have laid most and our teams are experienced in the industry so if you have a specific screed that needs laying then please don’t hesitate to contact our team.

Decorative Coatings & Systems

Decratex Flake

This is a highly decorative, ultra-tough, totally impervious coating system that provides an extremely durable, hard wearing and very easy to clean finish. It can withstand heavy traffic, pressure washing and chemicals. Due to its build and the textured finish, it will help to remove any small substrate undulations and create a subtle, but highly effective, slip resistant surface.

Decratex UV Sealer

A high-performance, low-viscosity, two-part epoxy formulation designed to deliver a durable, high-build, 100% solids gloss finish. This tough, impervious coating offers exceptional chemical resistance and UV stability, ensuring long-lasting protection and aesthetic appeal. Ideal for applications requiring a high-build UV-stable clear seal, Decratex UV Sealer is perfect for use with Decratex Flake systems. Typical uses include industrial decorative flooring, domestic spaces, and mezzanine floors, providing a versatile solution for a range of environments.
