This busy manufacturing environment needed to be refreshed and the line marking reinstated to align with health and safety policies. Some of the original line marking and walkways were removed and re-coated. The expansion joints re-cut and filled and the metal drains painted.

Specification
Day 1 – Preparation & Repairs
Strengthen existing painted areas and carry out a vacuum-assisted diamond grind across 571 m² to achieve a clean, sound, and solid base (including removal of the existing walkway). Undertake localised repairs using Easi-Fil.
Day 2 – Priming
Apply OT Primer to address grease contamination and ZP Primer on metal drains to ensure optimal adhesion.
Day 3 – Coating
Apply the topcoat using Flortex Professional for a durable, high-performance finish.
Day 4 – Expansion Joints
Re-cut existing expansion joints and fill them with Jointex EP.
Day 5 – Linemarking
Carry out linemarking using EPS Linemarker to define clear walkways.

The warehouse was transformed into a refreshed, clean, and newly painted space designed to withstand heavy-duty traffic for years. Specialised products were used, and the work was carried out by an approved specialist installer.
