Wall Cladding SP Adhesive is an easy-to-use single packgun-applied moisture curing polyurethane compound with outstanding resistance to weathering and joint movement, coupled with excellent adhesive properties.
Note: this product has a best before date of March 2026 and is priced to reflect this. We advise this product is still perfectly usable for up to 6 months after this date. We do not accept returns on this product after March 2026.
Typical Uses
Wall Cladding SP Adhesive achieves a tenacious bond to sound, flat, dry surfaces and is used with Panelite Wall Cladding panels.
Suitable substrates
Wall Cladding SP Adhesive may be applied to asphalt, bitumen, felt, asbestos, concrete, roofing tiles, slate, brick, stone, cast iron, galvanised steel, aluminium, lead, zinc, glass and timber.
Colour
Wall Cladding SP Adhesive is grey in colour.
Packaging
Wall Cladding SP Adhesive is supplied as single 380ml cartridges or as a 12pk, complete with polyethylene nozzles.
Preparation
The prepared surface should be dry, clean, sound and free of flaking or loose material, moss or fungal growth. Porous surfaces should be sealed with a suitable primer (please contact our sales team for suitable products) before applying Wall Cladding SP Adhesive.
Application
Apply using a caulking gun (supplied when purchasing a 12pk). Cut the nozzle at an angle to facilitate the placing of the sealant.
Application Instructions
1. Cut the cartridge tip carefully.
2. Attach the nozzle and cut to required bead size.
3. Apply using a standard sealant gun.
4. For bonding GRP products, apply 1–2 continuous beads to the back and press firmly into place immediately.
Application Temperature
Wall Cladding SP Adhesive should be applied at a temperature between +5˚C and +35˚C. Once cured, it can withstand temperatures between -40°C and +120°C.
