PVC strip curtains are excellent for preventing draughts and pests. Traditionally this has always involved a hanging rail, with hanging plate sets attached to the end of each strip.
Our NEW and unique QuickFix Hanging Rail system is the perfect answer for speed and ease of use and can be installed by a non-professional installer without any special tools in seconds, far quicker and easier than the traditional system. The pre-punched PVC strips are then inserted onto the rail prongs in seconds. Another benefit of this system is that the percentage of overlap can be as much or as little as the user chooses, from simply butting up each strip (without overlap) to a full (100%) overlap.
We must be clear that this simple hook-on system for each strip is not as secure or as strong as the traditional plate system BUT is proving perfectly adequate in almost every industrial, and commercial environment. With two types of rail, QuickFix Standard (a polymer rail for pedestrian and light vehicle use) and QuickFix Heavy Duty (an aluminium rail for heavier use and traffic), this system can be seen working extremely successfully in shops, supermarkets, offices, laboratories, kitchens, farms, garages, workshops, production areas, etc, etc. Furthermore, it is FDA compliant material and is therefore perfectly acceptable for use within the food industry and environments.
