Flexiline is exceptionally long lasting and should be used where permanent lines are required only.
Manufactured from modified BS 3262 thermoplastic, Flexiline is a professional road marking system that is quickly and simply heat-applied using a gas torch.
For concrete & block paving – prime with Flexiline Tack Coat aerosol before application.
One can is normally sufficient for approx.10 rolls at 100mm wide.
May be traversed immediately after application
For heavy duty exterior use
Flexiline should ideally be warmed before the packaging is removed. Thoroughly pre-heat the application surface using a gas torch. Place Flexiline in position with the protective plastic film uppermost. Remove the film, ensure the product is accurately positioned then apply heat with the gas torch held approximately 150mm above the surface. Move the torch in a side to side motion from the centre of the marking towards the edge. As soon as the material turns to liquid throughout its thickness and is bubbling, move the
heat to the next portion.
DO NOT HOLD THE TORCH STILL IN ONE POSITION as this will overheat the Flexiline material and discolour it. Recommended heating temperature is +150˚C to +180˚C.
