A busy manufacturing and engineering environment that required new floor paint and linemarking along with expansion joint repairs.
Project Overview
This busy manufacturing environment needed to be refreshed and the line marking reinstated to align with health and safety policies. Some of the original line marking and walkways were removed and re-coated. The expansion joints re-cut and filled and the metal drains painted.
Specification.
Using the approved install team, who are familiar with Polycote products ensures the project is kept on time and a professional finish is achieved. Over 5 days the team prepared the floor by vacuum assisted diamond grinding. Apply a primer using OT Primer to deal with the grease contamination and ZP Primer for the metal drains. Carried out localised repairs using Easi-Fil and applied a topcoat using Flortex Professional. They then installed linemarking using EPS Linemarker and re-cut and filled the expansion joints using Jointex EP.
